Thank you for visiting our page and shopping with us. As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Processing and shipping usually takes between 1-3 days. Some may be shipped later depends on if it's a t-shirt or custom order. Once your package is mailed off and you receive tracking from usps I'm not longer responsible for your package lost stolen or broken items. But if it does I can assure you that I will try my best to replace it with the same item or a new one.
